High School Extension Program (HSE) for Neurodivergent Students

FlexSchool’s High School Extension Program (HSE) can provide a structured and supportive environment where neurodivergent students can thrive academically, socially, and professionally, while developing the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed for independent living and success in their future endeavors.

Overview

The HSE program aims to provide a holistic approach to development. It helps neurodivergent students find their voice, hone their talents, and pursue their dreams—whether in the workforce, in higher education, or as artists, musicians, or skilled tradespeople.

Located at 34 Russo Place, Berkeley Heights, N.J., the FlexSchool HSE program welcomes young adults up to age 20 with ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), learning disabilities, dyslexia, dyspraxia, and other neurological differences. Students may attend 1–2 years, depending on individual goals. Full-time options are available, with flexible hours to accommodate students’ needs.
