Forest Bathing

Forest therapy is a nature therapy based on the Japanese practice of Shinrin-Yoku. Shinrin-Yoku translates as “forest bathing.” It is an approach where you take the time to reconnect with nature, with your body, your senses, feelings, and emotions. It has recently become one of the well-appreciated techniques used to improve mental health and wellness in an easy, accessible way, for anyone, anywhere around the world. Students will be guided through a series of meditative, mindful invitations to start noticing through all their senses the subtle beauty around and within.
